On Thursday, May 30th, we hosted Vasileios Kokkinos and John Rolston.

Vasileios Kokkinos, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University and Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He specializes in epilepsy surgery neurophysiology and functional neuroimaging. He told us about “Stimulation for seizures during stereo-electroencephalography investigations”. 

John Rolston, MD, PhD, is a neurosurgeon and neuroscientist at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He serves as the director of Epilepsy Surgery, and is an Associate Professor at the Harvard Medical School. Besides his scientific presentation on “Neuromodulation for Epilepsy”, he gave us a glimpse at the “Person behind the science”.
